Most frequent questions about BLACKBOX Performance Training
Every kind. We will create a sport-specific profile for your sport, to program the perfect individual workouts for you and your goals.
In-season sessions are usually between 60 and 90 minutes long. Off-season workouts can be longer (on request)
We will sit down with you and look at your workout schedule, before programming. We will load-manage your sessions to fit along with your sport-specific practices/workouts week by week.
We sit down with you (in-person or per video chat) and you tell us where you’re at and where you want to go. Together we analyze your current state and what we can do to make you better. Then we make you better. Let’s go.
