As most of you might know, 24kg / 53lbs is the standard weight for kettlebells in men’s CrossFit workouts. That means a must have for a CrossFit box and homegym!
This time, we went with the Rogue KB. The Rogue kettlebell is manufactured in the USA and cast in one solid piece. This kettlebell doesn’t have any plastic caps, patches or plugs what makes it a very high quality product. All the weight increments have color coded stripes on their handles, so you can associate the weight with a color (green = 24kg / 53lbs).
The surface of the kettlebell has an awesome looking matte black powder finish what makes it feel super smooth too! 👌🏽
